Great staff who took great care of our dog. He was very happy to board and play at Dogtopia SW Waterfront. Can’t wait to be back!
Most of the employees friendly and helpful. My pup never seems stressed or fearful and always is happy to go to DOGTOPIA.
What I haven’t liked? I have been charged two different sums for a simple bath.
Last minute bookings are accommodated.

My dog was being chased and bitten on several occasions and the staff did absolutely nothing to stop this. She had a red bruise on her shoulder when I picked her up on one occasion. This was in the toy room. I no longer bring my dog to Dogtopia because she is not safe there. I wanted her to have fun and not be chased like prey.
Everyone is sooooo nice-and they genuinely love the dogs
My dog is cautious and reactive but he likes going to Dogtopia. He gets it. He likes the predictable routines and never feels a need to assert himself. I like the emphasis on vaccines and healthy dogs.
It does seem that lately there have been quite a large number of dogs present during some days, feels a bit over-crowded.
