My dog enjoys himself. Staff are great.

Convenient; The attendants have always shown the greatest respect for the dogs and the relationship every pet “parent” has with their dog(s). Different for everyone, but they understand that a dog is not just a dog, he/she is a member of your family.

Dogs have differing needs at different times in our lives / in the dog’s life. But whether I come every day or once a week or sometime now just once a month, they still treat me like a valued client.

Ginger does not get much (if any exercise) when she is at Dogtopia. I utilize the services for socialization, which is just as important. I rate Dogtopia as a 9 and not a 10 because for dogs who need massive amounts of exercise, this is not the place. I generally exercise Ginger before I drop her off or she would not get the exercise she needs for the day, but every dog has different needs.

What makes Dogtopia of Purcellville special is the staff. I’m embarassed to only remember the names of Tori and Megan, but every single person is helpful and clearly focused on the well being of the dogs.

I often see the in-room handlers showing affection and personal attention for my dog while I’m watching on the web cam. That means the world.

Dogtopia gives me the freedom to live my life while also providing socialization and exercise for my high energy dog. You make our lives better.

I love the webcams. Dogtopia provides live, high-definition webcam access via their app or desktop. You can tune in throughout the day (excluding designated naptime from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM) to watch your dog play, participate in brain games, or hang out with their friends.

I also like the structure and staff. The daycare operates on a structured schedule that mimics a healthy routine: hours of active play and socialization, mental stimulation games, and a midday nap period for rest and digestion. The staff obviously care about the dogs! When we go to Dogtopia, my dog is completely happy, pleasantly exhausted, and eager to return.

Lots of options and ways to work with the schedule

Remembered my dog after months if not a year of not being there. This also tells me there’s low staff turnover. Can just do drop offs without notice or extra fee. Staff was very kind when I realized I had been unprepared for long walk with my dog – I stopped in and asked if they could give my dog water immediately accommodated even though he wasn’t staying. My dog was adopted from being in a shelter for at least three months. When I first had to board him years ago he went to a very well reviewed boarding kennel. When I came back for him he was quiet and scared. When he comes back from Dogtopia he’s like an excited toddler coming out of preschool wanting to tell me all about his day.

We absolutely love dogtopia! Their staff is incredibly knowledgeable and makes my pup feel at ease when they’re there. I love being able to watch the cameras when I’m missing my babies at daycare

I love how much you care about all the dogs and how knowledgeable you are about their care.

They always fit me in for an appointment at the time I need. ALL of the staff are always welcoming and truly great with my dogs and work around their peculiarities.
