The management/staff is great! They are responsive and care. The facility is clean, very important to us. How well management and staff pay attention to the dogs. They know dogs very well.
The variety of events. The more fun activities the better. We want to make sure that our puppy enjoys spending time there! Very important.
Activity and socialization is great, facility is very clean and well run. App is super easy to use, booking is simple.
Staff is very nice, dropping off and pickup is easy, hours are great, but most of all I see my pup playing and having fun. He comes home completely worn out.

Dogtopia of Purcellville staff are attentive and very accommodating. Been taking our mini Goldendoodle there since he was a puppy. He absolutely LOVES the place and starts losing his mind as soon as we pull into a parking space in front of the facility and he realizes where he’s at. I have no reservations whatsoever about entrusting my dog to Dogtopia’s staff.
Friendliness and expertise of your staff. Place is kept as spotless as possible. How dogs of different sizes/ages are kept in appropriate areas.
