We asked for a bath before pick up from the boarding. She was still wet when we show up even we didn’t make it earlier time. Maybe better do bathing a couple hours before estimated arrival.

The staff at Purcellville Dogtopia are so sweet and friendly! I brought my dog Nova (a 1 year old golden retriever) in for a meet and greet. I am very particular about where I leave her as she has many food allergies and can sometimes be a little shy. The staff made us both feel welcome and me feel more comfortable leaving her there. They are very knowledgeable and were very patient with answering my questions. We can’t wait to be back!

I can go out with friends, to appointments, shop without worrying about my dog or feeling like I need to rush home. The hours are perfect for me and the drop off/pick up is easy. The staff appear happy and caring.
