The facility is clean and is constantly being cleaned if needed. Our dog is well taken care of with boarding. This includes special diet and meds. We have had no problems.

We love how personal and professional Dogtooia Short Pump is. We always get a warm welcome. They greet our dog by name. They are incredibly professional and we feel safe leaving our pup there!
We’ve taken our pup to several places for birding, daycare, and baths – including another Dogtopia – and we’ve been so impressed by this one. The staff always remembers my dog and greets him excitedly by name. They remember who my dog is when they see my face, meaning, they associate the two without being told. And they even remembered I’d recently had a baby and ask me how our pup is adjusting etc. So impressive. He always comes home happy and tired. We love this Dogtopia
