Every new dog must complete a Meet & Greet first, which includes a free day of daycare. Any additional daycare possible before boarding is always recommended for new dogs because it helps them get comfortable with our team, routine, and playrooms before staying overnight.

What if my dog has separation anxiety or is new to boarding?

Many dogs adjust more comfortably when they start with a Meet & Greet and a daycare day before boarding. Our structured routine, trained Canine Coaches, rest periods, and live webcams help reduce stress and give pet parents extra peace of mind.

Can I watch my dog while I’m away?

Yes. Live webcams let you check in on your dog during daycare throughout the day, so you can see their playtime and enjoy added transparency while you’re away.

What does the overnight setup look like?

Dogs enjoy full-day supervised daycare, scheduled rest breaks, and a calm overnight routine. Suite upgrades are available for an additional $15 if your dog would benefit from extra private space.

Can I board more than one dog?

Yes. Many Rock Hill families board multiple dogs with us, and we offer 10% off a second dog.

How much does boarding cost?

Boarding is $58/night with a daycare plan or $68/night without a plan. New customers receive their first night free, suite upgrades are available for $15, and a second dog receives 10% off.

What vaccinations are required?
