Dog Daycare & Boarding in Rock Hill, MO
Hi, I’m Nick Losciuto, owner of Dogtopia of Rock Hill in St. Louis County. After nearly a decade operating Dogtopia locations, I opened Dogtopia of Rock Hill in 2023 to give St. Louis families a more transparent, structured alternative to traditional kennels for dog daycare and boarding. Here, dogs spend the day in structured, fully supervised play with matched groups and scheduled rest breaks, not sitting in a kennel. With live webcams, you can check in anytime and see how play is managed, how supervision works, and how we keep routines consistent year-round. We serve families near Webster Groves, Kirkwood, Clayton, Maplewood, Brentwood, Des Peres, Richmond Heights, and the Central West End.
Why Rock Hill pet parents choose us
Live webcams to check on your dog in the playrooms
Nearly 5,000 sq ft of climate-controlled indoor play space
Three fully separated playrooms
Separate HVAC systems with no shared air between rooms
Deep cleaning and sanitizing twice daily, plus ongoing spot-cleaning
Dog daycare is what we are built around: structured, fully supervised open-play led by trained Canine Coaches. Rock Hill features three fully separated playrooms and nearly 5,000 sq ft of climate-controlled indoor play space. Dogs are placed in the right group based on size, temperament, and play style, with scheduled rest breaks to help keep play safe, balanced, and engaging.
Live webcams let you check in on your dog throughout the day in the playrooms and yard.Spa services are also available as an add-on any day your dog is with us.
What daycare delivers:
Consistent exercise and mental enrichment
Structured routine that supports calmer behavior at home
Ongoing social skill building in a managed environment
Active coaching and safe interruptions when needed
A Planned rest period so dogs don’t over exert themselves
Getting started is simple. Book a Meet & Greet online or call us at 314-230-8181 to arrange your first visit. If approved, your dog can also enjoy a complimentary daycare day to help them acclimate.
See our New Pet Parent page for safety and health requirements.
is available to any dog who passes the Meet & Greet evaluation, not just dogs enrolled in daycare plans. The biggest difference from traditional kennel boarding is the daytime routine. Boarding dogs participate in the same supervised daycare structure as our regular guests, including matched playgroups, coached play, enrichment, and rest breaks. You can check in during the day on the webcams.
Why that matters for boarding:
Less idle kennel time during the day
A familiar routine that helps reduce stress while you are away
Balanced activity that supports calmer evenings
Consistent supervision with group matching and active management
Spa services are available as an add-on to dog boarding so your dog goes home clean and comfortable. Options include baths, brush-outs, de-shed treatments, teeth cleaning, ear cleaning, and nail trims.
Book a complimentary Meet & Greet to get approved for boarding. If approved, your dog can also enjoy a complimentary daycare day to help them acclimate.
All new dogs complete a Meet & Greet before joining daycare, boarding, or spa services. This first visit helps us assess fit, explain how everything works, and place your dog in the safest, most appropriate group. It also gives pet parents a chance to tour the facility, learn the routine, and get set up with webcam access.
See our New Pet Parent page for more details on this process, our requirements, and scheduling your first visit.
Safety, Health, & Transparency
Dogtopia has earned certification status as a Heroes for Healthy Pets™. This certification program in infectious disease management provides training for preventative care, including strategic vaccination, as well as cleaning and disinfection protocols to help maintain disease-free facilities and keep pets healthy. The program is co-sponsored by the International Boarding and Pet Services Association, National Association of Veterinary Technicians in America, and Pet Sitters International.
Dogtopia of Rock Hill runs daycare and boarding with clearly defined protocols:
Accountability through visibility
Live webcams let you check in throughout the day so you can see supervision and playroom management in real time.
Structured supervision
Trained Canine Coaches are in the playrooms guiding play, matching dogs by size and temperament, and reinforcing safe behavior.
Cleanliness and environment
We deep clean and sanitize twice daily, with ongoing spot-cleaning, and all playrooms have independent climate control and rubberized flooring for joint protection and comfort.
Meet & Greet screening
Every new dog starts with a structured Meet & Greet evaluation to confirm they fit our open-play environment and to place them in the right playroom
A TEAM YOU CAN TRUST
At Dogtopia of Rock Hill, standards only matter if the people in the room are trained and accountable. Our team is trained to read canine body language, manage group play, and reinforce healthy behavior using positive methods. Our curriculum is approved for continuing education credits by the Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers (CCPDT).
The leaders responsible for upholding those standards every day:
Nick Losciuto, Owner Owner of Dogtopia of Rock Hill, focused on setting clear standards and building a team accountable for safety, transparency, and structured care.
Haily, General Manager Leads the Rock Hill team day to day, managing coaches, routines, and the pet parent experience.
Kiersten, Regional Manager Oversees operations and standards to keep service consistent and safe.
Dogtopia of Rock Hill is located at 9745 Manchester Road, just southwest of Clayton, Brentwood Promenade, and Galleria, and east of Warson Woods and Des Peres. We proudly serve families throughout central St. Louis County, including Webster Groves, Brentwood, Maplewood, Central West End, Warson Woods, University City, Clayton, and Kirkwood.
Our central location makes it easy to fit dog daycare or dog boarding in Rock Hill into your busy routine — whether you’re commuting along Highway 40, running errands, or working nearby in the Clayton or Brentwood areas.
To accomplish this, the Dogtopia Foundation funds programs supporting three causes: Service Dogs for Veterans, Therapy Dogs for Students, and Employment Initiatives for Adults with Autism. One hundred percent of donations go directly to the organizations we support.
Through in-store events and treat days, our Ellisville location has set a goal of raising $6,000 at a time. Each time that goal is reached, we partner with K9s For Warriors to sponsor and train a service dog to be paired with a wounded veteran.
We are proud to celebrate the pairing of our most recent service dog, Rocky, with Warrior Mark, a Marine Corps veteran.
At Dogtopia of Rock Hill, we recognize that each dog is unique. That is why we take the time to get to know you and your dog so we can make the best recommendation for daycare and boarding. Please feel free to fill out our contact form if you have any questions about any of our services. Our friendly and knowledgeable team will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have and determine if we are a right fit for your pup.
