Every new dog completes a scheduled Meet & Greet evaluation where we assess their personality, play style, comfort level, and overall suitability for group play. This helps us place them in the right playgroup and ensure a safe, positive experience from day one. We also perform a nose-to-tail wellness check and health history overview to help make sure all pups who enter our facility are in good overall health.

We require up-to-date Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella, and Canine Influenza vaccinations. Dogs seven months and older must be spayed or neutered, and all pups must be in good overall health and free of communicable illness. These standards help protect every dog in our care.

Yes. Our team is experienced with medications and common special care needs, including mild anxiety and mobility support. We review each dog’s needs in advance.

Yes. Parents can check in through our live webcams during playtime hours using Dogtopia’s app or website for added peace of mind.

Dogs are grouped primarily by play style and energy level, with size and age also considered to create safe, happy playgroups.

Dogs sleep overnight in the same playroom they enjoyed during the day, in secure individual sleeping spaces, surrounded by familiar sights, sounds, and canine friends. This intentional continuity helps many dogs settle more naturally than transitioning to isolated suites.

Yes. Dogs may also bring familiar bedding for sleep time, and we provide house food and clean house beds and blankets at no additional charge as well.

Boarding dogs participate in daycare play sessions during the day, with rest periods in between. Overnight guests also have routine movement and care before and after playtime hours.

Parents can view live webcams during playtime, and our team is always happy to share updates or photos upon request.
