In response to the COVID-19 outbreak, and to ensure the health and safety of our customers and employees, we have made multiple modifications to our operations, including, but not limited to:

  • continuing to implement our deep cleaning and sanitizing protocols throughout our entire facility multiple times a day with a biologically safe, pet-friendly disinfectant that has been pre-approved by the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for use against emerging enveloped viral pathogens and pre-approved by the EPA for use during the COVID-19 outbreak;
  • continuing to utilize our ultra-violet air cleaning filtration system designed to kill pathogens and bacteria throughout the facility;
  • providing concierge (curbside drop-off and pick-up) services for all pet-parents through our Dogtopia app;
  • limiting people in lobby to one person and/or family unit at a time;
  • encouraging contactless payment for all pet parents;
  • social distancing of all workspaces;
  • staggering of all break times;
  • temporarily suspending all self-serve coffee, candy/snacks, and pet treats in lobby;
  • providing face coverings for all employees;
  • providing disposable gloves for all employees;
  • providing multiple hand washing and hand sanitizing stations throughout our facility at convenient locations;
  • encouraging employees to self-screen for any symptoms prior to coming to work;
  • providing opportunity, equipment and privacy for employees to self-screen at work; and
  • providing training to all employees on all COVID-19 public health and safety measures and the importance of not coming to work if symptoms are present.
