The staff are always so friendly and engaging. They treat both me and my dog with a lot of respect. It is very quick and easy for pick up and drop off.
The convenience of being able to drop off my dog when needed without having an appointment, and knowing that he is happy while he’s there. As soon as he realizes where he’s going his tail starts wagging like crazy.
The people that work there are so friendly was able to get my Levi on daycare at the last minute.
The employees obviously liking of their clients (dogs) shines every time I walk in. That extends to people as well based on the interpersonal skills. I know that my dog enjoys going for both daycare and boarding because he acts excited the second he walks in the door. And when I pick him up, he walks around the lobby ‘thanking’ each employee before we leave without prompts from me. These actions tell me that he has been treated well and I know he is safe. Thank you.🐾

Caring and friendly customer service
Although I do not like the new hours I absolutely love the care that my dog receives from the friendly and kind staff. My dog is always happy when I drop her off for her fun day and when I pick her up. My dog is not so happy when I take her to the veterinary clinic and can’t wait to leave the place so I know for sure she loves Dogtopia. The services that are provided are great. My dog sometimes gets pampered with a bath and brushing and she comes home feeling fresh and smells good too.
Always a great experience! My Golden loves going there. He is showered with love, plays with friends, and comes home utterly exhausted! Customer service is exceptional from the owner down to the Canine Coaches.
