You have a great and very clean facility. My dog comes home not smelling like a bunch of other dogs LOL
I think it’s a good place for well socialized dogs that don’t need speciality care, which is perfect for the majority of dogs, just not everyone.
The staff’s honesty. My pup did not enjoy her daycare time and they put her health ahead of profit.

Cleanliness of facility, well trained and caring staff. Safe environment for play and exercise.
The staff must complete training and they really study dog behaviors. They are in tune with the dogs and present at all times. They are patient and understood my dog’s trepidation and helped make his first day a success. They assured me as an anxious pet parent that he had a good day!
The staff. Everyone seems to genuinely care about the dogs. Also the business design feels very thoughtful and dog centered.
