The staff are amazing! So knowledgeable and have great ideas for when we’ve discussed behavioral issues and/or things I wondered about.

We’ve had a wonderful experience at Dogtopia Alamo Heights! All of the staff members are always so kind, welcoming, and patient, even though Gibson has become more high-maintenance as he ages. I am confident that he is in great hands and I’ve seen a clear improvement in his separation anxiety. I love being able to check in throughout the day with the cameras to see what he’s up to, especially when I’m traveling! I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a caring and fun environment for their furry friend!

They were so welcoming to my puppy and took the time to get to know him. I love all the activities and treats that they offer. I know he is well taken care of and has fun with his new friends.

They know my dog, know his friends, great care while boarding, lunch treat specials everyday, AND fun activities- love seeing instagram posts of all the pups playing!

From the moment we arrive we are greeted with enthusiasm as if the staff is excited to see our dog every day. Disco is always excited to go to Dogtopia and comes home happy and tired. The facility is clean and frequently there are fun activities for the dogs (pool day, bubbles). I enjoy the regular updates on social media with all the dogs to get glimpses of what they are up to while there. It is clear that the staff genuinely cares about the happiness and well being of each dog.
