San Antonio – Alamo Ranch Reviews

Everyone is friendly! Having a safe place to take our girls for their baths & stay to play, while we get our errands done is wonderful!!!
Systems and processes – I have my dogs shots uploaded on my account and even though my dogs have both been there in recently (less than a yr) was ask for their rabies. I uploaded their new bordetella before the appointment and was told the website isn’t working and to text it instead. The phone number I was given to text to kept saying it cannot be delivered even when using a personal and work phone with two different cell services. Also while waiting for my dogs nail trim a dog in the cam in the big dog room kept humping other dogs consistently and the front had to keep walkie talkie messages to the handler to pay attention
Great staff and Alex loves to come in every morning.
Very convenient service with really friendly staff. My dog loves going there!!
Friendly front desk personnel and dog care “trainers” who really take great care of my high energy mini schnauzer. My pup’s behavior has improved greatly-he is more social and does not jump on people anymore.
We have used Dogtopia’s boarding services several times and have reservations for additional dates.
Bentley is excited to go to Dogtopia in the morning.
Very friendly employees. It looks like a safe environment for the dogs.
The staff is friendly and treat the dogs nicely. The facility is very clean and sanitary. What I love the most is that I can watch my dogs on video throughout the day.
Had the meet and greet and was impressed with the type of questions regarding my pup. Y’all offered to let her stay and play which I thought was a sweet gesture. I don’t have a need at this moment for boarding but will definitely plan my schedule to allow me to drop her off for some play time.
Daycare – it would be nice if the canine coaches made more physical contact and gave more attention to our little pups. I want my pup to feel loved and played with as if she is at “home” while mom is busy with work or life.
Boarding – You should have someone stay with them a bit longer. Chanel was recently boarded for 7 days and she runs free at home. Your current process is to put them in a crate for almost 12 hours over night. I think you should have someone stay a little later or have someone come in earlier to let them out. I think this is a bit long for them to be in a crate, for those that are not used to it.
You should also consider providing a progress card when picking up from boarding services, to find out if our pups are eating, drinking, and playing normally.
I also did not receive the email for my charges, not certain if those are submitted through the app.
Your front desk staff and K-9 coaches are super sweet.
It was easy dropping off and picking up. Glad we have an app to watch dogs but hard to see on my phone.
