Staff is friendly and understands the dogs needs. Convenient and easy to drop off and pick up no waiting in line to pay. I enjoy watching my dog on the web cams playing and socializing with other dogs and staff.
Dogtopia is a great place to take your pup. Staff are very pleasant and make you feel safe leaving your baby at daycare. The Relitz family is very lucky to have them to care of our Bluey.
All of the staff are friendly, and they know our dog lovingly. They are top notch all the way aroind.
We have been with Dogtopia @Alamo Ranch since they opened. Our pup loves to go play and I like the flexibility since we have the Unlimited plan.
Everyone is so welcoming to all the pups (by name) and parents when coming in the door.
I trust the coaches to take the best care of our pup for boarding and everyday.
So many good reasons
Not good at all, bathed my female fur baby and she looked like she had been in the rain, also so many knots in her coat with feces, and a sticky substance attached….VERY UNSATISFIED!!!
