Staff is always friendly and smiling. They greet my dog with fun and excitement.
I also like they are an indoor facility. As hot as San Antonio gets, they stay inside and play.
Another great difference between Dogtopia and other places, my dog is not in a pen waiting her turn to get out for a few minutes. It’s the other way around, out all day with a nap at noon. That’s great!
The personal are trained to hardle all dogs with different personalities
Aside from them taking such good care of our Harley we know they treat them as family!!! Very courteous and a joy to bring her there.

Friendly staff. Staff has been patient with working with my dog that doesn’t always play well with the other dogs. Staff obviously has love and affection for all the dogs. I feel my dog is safe and well cared for while in daycare. When there has been an issue, staff has called me to make me aware.
Dogtopia is an absolutely amazing option for pet parents looking to board their pets or even have them stay for a bit at their doggy daycare. I was referred to them by my puppy’s trainer, due to her being very nervous and her previous doggy daycare not being a good fit, and I can honestly say that the amount of confidence my puppy displayed on their playroom webcam was phenomenal. The staff at Dogtopia took their time at my puppy’s Meet & Greet, ensuring that Khaleesi, my pup, was comfortable and worked her way up to playtime. This was exactly what she needed and I am beyond grateful for my puppy’s trainer recommending Dogtopia to us. They are definitely going to be my #1 choice when it comes to boarding and daycare moving forward!

The whole experience! My dog drags me into the lobby on daycare days. Everyone is so nice and you cam tell the staff truly loves our babies.
I like the play areas for small and large dogs. I like the option to add a treat during the day. It is good that they will rotate the dogs and have them take breaks as my lab is all play and does not self-regulate when he needs breaks. My dog has been more relaxed and happy after starting at dogtopia!
