Better camera angles in the toy room. I find that my dog is out of view most of the times I’ve checked the webcams. More detailed information about how the day went.

They genuinely care about your dog!! I like the lunch time and then rest time!! Snacks too!! Like a daycare!! LOL

Is there a way to provide access outside? Or more variety with the indoor areas? I know you’re often in a strip shopping mall, but perhaps change rooms or divide the larger animals now and then into 2 rooms (if you have 3 or more available) so they can feel like they’re doing more? I know I’m putting human feelings into this, but knowing my dog simply moving him indoor from one room to another with us he seems to do better. Just a suggestion.

Only other one (that you might actually do) is add a 2nd camera in the room from a corner, so more of what the dogs are doing is viewable. It was our first time, and we only saw the dogs now and then. Or so it seemed to us. Thanks

The people are the best

To date, my dogs appear to be very happy and well supervised. The staff appear to be very attentive and friendly. Upon an unannounced visit, the facility was very clean, organized, NO DOGGY smell.
I will be boarding them this weekend, these 2.5 days will determine longer boarding dates in the future

You clearly train staff to understand normal dog behavior. My pup comes home happy and exhausted after playing with his friends all day. Staff are kind and professional.

Love the staff, cleanliness of store, patience with my pup during the meet and greet and all the cute events planned for the month! Y’all are so great!

Great staff and support for the care of my dog

That I can tell that the people there take care of my dog. I like the fact that I can monitor my doggie through the cameras throughout the day.
