Reduce wait time for checking in and out.

There are so many things I could say about the staff at Dogtopia Sandy Springs from the start of Naomi‘s journey till now has just been so amazing. Each of them are so excited every time I bring her to go from the shy little dog to a very boisterous dog in the last Four months has been amazing! If I have ever needed anything, they have been the most accommodating they ensure that all is well, and if there’s anything they can do and I must give them high praise for the monthly calendar and all of the events Christmas with the ornaments were unmatched this is a great team and They deserve to be recognized.

Convenient and entertains my dog!

The team at Dogtopia are great because they provide a safe and fun environment for my son while I am hard at work. They provide peace of mind knowing that he is getting exercise, socialization, and attention in a caring atmosphere which is fantastic for his well-being. Thank you for all of your love, support, care and protection you provide my Onyx daily. I will always recommend you all to anyone willing to listen.

I love that my dog loves to go to Doggie Daycare at Dogtopia. She runs toward the door coming in and then she is very happy when i pick her up. At other Doggie Daycare’s I have had to drag her in.

Friendly staff and great location

Everyone is very nice and seems to love the animals. My only complaint is how long it takes to get your pup in the afternoon. Wednesday I was there to pick up at 4:10. Did not get my dog until 4:33. It was the same amount of time when I came at 5:00 the week before.

The fact that my dog LOVES going to Dogtopia tells me that you are doing a great job in most areas. The only thing that really disappoints me is how understaffed the front desk is in the afternoons between 4 and 5 (I haven’t picked up after 5 so I don’t know about that time period). It is a very busy time of day, so I don’t have a problem with some delay, but it is frustrating to wait sometimes 10 or more minutes to even be acknowledged or to have to wait that long just to see someone come out to the front desk area. Many people are frustrated with this. A woman yesterday told me that she waited 25 minutes for someone to go back and get her dog.

Different things. But the most important is Bailey is happy when I drop her off & when I pick her up!

Friendly people that know me/my dog. Ease of adding a bath or full spa treatment whenever.
