Very attentive and responds quick

Kota and I were greeted very friendly at the doors on Saturday for her meet and greet. We were able to access cameras and see her play. She is already booked to go back this week and we hope keep using Dogtopia moving forward!

Keeping “poop bags” (maintaining the supply) where the pets are walked either before and/or after visiting you.

The new additions to the staff have great customer service

I think that my dogs are well cared for and have fun when they are there, so I’d give high marks on that front. It seems you’ve hired more staff, but at times it takes a long time to pick up/drop off and there are too many dogs in the lobby on leashes trying to interact. Not sure why the payment structure was changed. I preferred the flexibility of having a month to use the visits and it is now more expensive for me because of it. Also, I don’t think the change was adequately explained.

Everyone is always so friendly at Dogtopia! When you walk in they remember your name and your pups, and genuinely look happy to have your dog there. They really make you feel like your dog is in great hands.

Fix the indoor cameras

I like that you always have people in with the dogs to clean up after them, monitor them and stop bad or inappropriate behaviors, and give them lots of positive attention. I also really appreciate the webcam so I can see how my dog is doing throughout most of the day. The people at the front desk are friendly and enthusiastic and always have an answer to my questions. The only think I do t love is the VERY strong scent of the spray they put in my dog when they bring him out to me. It is so strong it irritates my sensitive sinuses and I have to drive home with all the windows down, but without it, he smells like he’s been playing in a dog pen all day. However, they are so accommodating, they said I can bring my own spray and they will apply that instead. The best thing about Dogtopia is that my dog LOVES it!

So far it has been a great experience! You have provided a safe place for Leia to play with other dogs and I am so grateful that there are not breed restrictions otherwise I wouldn’t have another daycare option for Leia. We are still learning about all the opportunities at Dogtopia!
