Check in and check out are super easy and our dogs are always so happy to be there.

Dogtopia of Sandy Springs has always been a 10 for us, but not this time. When we dropped off our pup, no one asked if we wanted anything extra for him, nor did they ask if we had fed him his dinner. I had notated that we wanted extra’s everyday, plus the 1-1 for 10 min session each day. Our pup only received one special treat and no 1 – 1 10 min sessions. When we picked him up, I asked how he had been. The response was a lackluster fine. His items we left were not even bundled up in his little bag that we have for him. Every item was just given to me and him all at once. Usually we receive a note about who he has been playing with, and this time there was no note. Finally, I had to call and send an email once we were in New York City because we could not get the webcam up. The personal called us pretty promptly and stated that the door was not locking on the Toy Box room so all of the little ones were in the Gym. Personally , that information should have been conveyed when we dropped him off. We still love Dogtopia of Sandy Springs, but the personnel just seemed off in their attitude this particular visit.

My dog enjoys being around other dogs and I know he is safe there.

Everyone is so nice and seem to love the dogs

1. Please upgrade your webcam feed, as it frequently malfunctions and is often unavailable.
2. Ensure that feeding instructions provided on the boarding form are consistently followed, as there have been multiple instances where they were not.
3. Reduce wait times for pickup at the end of daycare to improve efficiency for pet owners.
4. Provide feedback on our pet’s daycare experience so we know how their day went, including any notable behaviors, and interactions.

Convenience, my dog seems to have a good time.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff that truly loves pets

Friendly Staff. Once you get the app setup to your account registration, the app is a nice, easy way to make reservations. Staff has a quick response time to reservation requests as well.

I like that most people at the front desk recognize my dog as soon as he comes into the lobby and they seem happy to see him. And even though I can’t see everything that happens during his stay, he seems content when I can see him on the webcam and he is always very excited to get back there and play every day that I drop him off, so I know he is being well taken care of.

Everything. My dog Daisy had really come a long way by coming to daycare 5 days a week.
