Very caring and personalized.

Clean facilities with very friendly staff.

Mostly what I like is my dog is so happy to be there and they have so much fun playing together, but being watched over by someone constantly! The staff is always trying to do their best to please their clients, and if there is a concern they deal with it. Very friendly and love animals.

All the associates are professional, and that makes me feel secure in leaving Georgia Grace with them all day. My Labrador seems to sense that she is going to see her friends and play all day, as soon as we turn into the parking lot. She sits up in the car and her tail starts wagging. She cannot wait to enter and see everyone. Everything is explained to me as far as rates and services. They are very accommodating whenever I have a request for spa services, boarding, etc. Great job!

Everything. My dogs love going here and I always feel so comfortable leaving them there. The staff is always kind and love our boys! I tell everyone I can to go here!

Employees are knowledgeable and so pleasant!

Love the monthly calendar of events, it shows that there is ongoing human interaction with each pet. Love the photo follow-ups during boarding and the report cards. The webcam is great, although it is not always available. Most of all the staff is exceptional. I know my pup gets lots of love and that is priceless.

Everyone is very friendly and my Lucy comes home very happy and exhausted!

Opportunity for the dogs to go in the “outside” area in the back. I also have the social package (or 4 days/month). I preferred when I was able to be flexible with the days (e.g. 2 days one week, 0 days the following), where as now I am billed weekly and don’t have as much flexibility in selecting when my dog attends. Staff are lovely, overall he loves being there.

Friendly and professional staff. Ease of booking appointments. How happy our pup is every time we bring him for a visit.
