We got pictures from someone on the first morning of our puppy’s stay – just seeing him happy and relaxed made it so much easier for us to remember he is in great care. We also love that he has a small room to sleep in each night with his own cot and we can send his favorite blanket. THANK YOU, Dogtopia!
My dog always comes home smiling and exhausted from playing all day.
I can tell he is loved and happy when he comes home. Having the cameras available is an added bonus to peek in on my little guy.

Provide customer service training for the staff member who was working the front reception desk at 10 am on Saturday morning, June 10th. I was among 5 people waiting to check their dogs in and the staff member seemed permanently pissed off at the world. Perhaps they were having a bad day but her attitude and dreadful interactions with customers did not reflect well on Dogtopia.
