Very caring and conscientious staff which is essential in caring for my most cherished companion, Buddy.
I would have normally given a 10 but this time was different. The feeding and check-out instructions were not adhered to. We ended up making two trips (he wasn’t ready as defined on the notes) and had tummy issues (ran out of his food since they did not follow instructions). I will give them one more try because I’m hoping it was a flook and he loves coming there.
Attention, clean.
I love that my dogs are so happy when we pull up at Dogtopia and go inside. They are so happy to be there and that makes me happy. I also like that the people at the front desk greet me in a friendly fashion and they know my dogs.
Ease of use and location, my dog always leaves happy and tired/socialized! The staff all know me and my dog so well, plus the activities are fun for my pup!

We have been coming to Dogtopia Sandy Springs since my dog was a puppy. He is greeted, with enthusiasm, by name, every morning after dragging me into the building. The staff looks for patterns of behavior, and take note when something seems off. I feel like they love my dog every day and he loves them back.
Friendly staff and great location
The staff is incredibly friendly to both my dog and me. They know the names of all the pups and provide a very welcoming environment.
