people were very knowledgeable as well a friendly. addressed questions readily. gave me a tour and I felt that everything was very clean and orderly. love the web cam. they offer so many services which I truly like and plan to take advantage of in the future. and lastly, they were very positive concerning my dog, since he is young and has a lot of energy.
We needed a place for our dog to stay while we were out of town, and found Dogtopia at Roosevelt Square. Very impressed. They were on top of feeding and medications, and the facility is very well designed. We will be back!

Updates about my dog and who they play with. Getting to know me and my dog by name. The warm greetings. The enrichment activities offered.
I wish enrichment activities were included instead of being charged extra. The cost is already quite high so tacking on even a few more dollars each week seems excessive. I wish there was an option for some outdoor time or a walk.
The webcam was so awesome!!!!
Everything was great. It would be a 10/10 if there were some outside access for overnight boarding.
