Everyone is super friendly and nice, I feel that they take excellent care of my dog and it shows as she loves going there! Every time we pull into the parking lot, she gets so excited and when I watch her on the webcams, I can see that she’s having the best day ever with her friends!
We have an XXL dog. The groomers at DogTopia S. Elgin listened to our request and concerns about how to coax our Boerboel into the bathtub as he does not like to be pulled or bathed. The groomer (Sarah) did great and our 180 lb baby came out smelling and looking fabulous. We requested that all future grooming be done by this groomer and they were happy to accommodate us. They are great about following up on appointments especially if our requested groomer is out of the shop. This is a company where the employees truly care about the pets and they actually read the customer notes. We have a very happy and clean dog. We have already scheduled our next appointment!
There should be an easier way to figure out how many passes I have purchased (like through the App). The only way I’ve ever been able to learn how many prepaid passes I have in my account, is by asking at the front desk.
Friendly staff. They answered all my questions and helped me understand the way Dogtopia works
Very personal. Everybody who comes in contact with myself and my dog addresses me by name and knows my dog and his name. They are efficient we get in and out quickly. I enjoy visiting on the WebCam. My dog seems happy to arrive. He’s very tired when we get home.
Earlier drop off and later pick up times on weekends.

Everyone made Lillie feel welcome and was so kind. The place was clean. Lillie seemed happy to be there.
I would give a 10 if my dogs were kept in the same play room together, they don’t really seem to play with other dogs.
