Connivence of location and the understanding of my dog’s personality and behavior and being able to communicate my concerns with the owner that I had about my dog adapting to the the day care environment.
Dogs haircut was great! Unfortunately the facility smells very strongly of urine from the moment you walk in the door.
From the front receptionist to the groomer everyone was very friendly. The groomer came out and asked how I wanted my dog groomed and answered any questions I had. He was groomed exactly how I requested and looked wonderful.
They know your dog personally.
My dog goes here for grooming and it is always a good experience. They do a good job and are always friendly and treat doggo well. would recommend.
