Such a clean environment! Friendly and the staff was so kind to me and my dog.
A real nice bunch of folks that treat my dog so well he just loves going there! Good boarding service and I send pup for grooming also.
I’ve been a little disappointed with the grooming. My dog often comes back not entirely dried out. Understand that there is a lot going on and a lot of dogs to handle, but his being not completely dried out makes it easier for him to pick up new dirt which kind of reduces the effectiveness of the bath portion of the groom
They are friendly and knowledgeable. They care about dogs and understand animal behavior. You and your pet are greeted with a smile and that is not so common any more.
I love the staff and how excited my dogs are to go to Dogtopia in the morning!
The entire Dogtopia solution is absolutely brilliant. The owner of this franchise has done a great job of running his business and hiring people who seem to care about the dogs. While I had a really bad experience with another vendor, Dogtopia of South Elgin has done a wonderful job! They are my “go to” boarding service. I recommend them every chance that I get! Thank you!!
