I love how interactive most of the team members are with the dogs. Every time I pick up my dog he’s so tired he sleeps on the way home!

Our first experience was a wonderful one! Kota’s favorite part of his visit was how much everyone wanted to love on him and make him feel welcomed. He was a happy boy and looking mighty dapper after his day at the spa and he didn’twant to take his bandana off!!! ❤️😍
The reason for this rating is because I came in on Saturday for my meet and greet. Back in October of last year, I filled out the paperwork and sent the information on my vet and also you charged my credit card for $59.00 on 10/26/21. Yet, when I got there on Saturday you had no information on me and couldn’t find the $59.00. This was a little concerning to me. I would like to bring Nellie Rose back but not until you acknowledge that you have my $59.00. I have a copy of the credit card statement showing it.
