Ease of drop off and pick up. Staff knows my pet by name. Cameras to keep an eye on him during the day

Very friendly staff, they always know the dog’s name when he comes in, and he always has a good night’s sleep afterwards.
My somewhat new dog Nyla did a trial run this past Monday! She was still raring to go when I brought her home, but the next day she was a little more laid back – a little. She is a very active dog. I rescued her about 6 weeks ago. My other dog is 13 and Nyla is a bit much for her. Dogtopia was recommended to me. How did I not know it was there? I think the entire concept of it is a great idea! She went back today and will be there Friday.
