The staff is always extremely friendly, knows our dog Huckleberry by name, and takes great care of him. He comes home EXHAUSTED and super happy from his time there. The facility is clean and communication is always wonderful.

I like how upfront the employees are as well as the flexibility and mid-day update on how my pup was doing. He had such a great time!

Everyone who works there is so kind and I know my dog is being well taken care of.

I have only been through the evaluation day, but my pup, Jack, loved being there! And, the staff was very informative and made me feel absolutely comfortable before I left him in their capable hands. The fact that I could check in on him by camera any time I wanted was amazing! The only thing I would have liked is to have a bit more clarity as to what to expect moving forward when I came to pick Jack up. There was another person at the front desk when I got there; he treated me kindly, but in a way that he seemed to assume I knew what to expect next. It was an awkward interaction.

There may be too many dogs in one room.

The staff are all friendly and my dog can’t wait to go back to the rooms when I bring him in. They treat him well there and he enjoys his time there.

My dog is always well taken care of! He hates coming in to get his nails clipped. In and out quick and I feel like they love him

Always top notch care given to my pets as far as how they play with others and how others play with them.
