The friendliness of the staff. How clean the facility was and how much fun my dog seemed to have during her meet and greet.
The entire staff is tremendous! The staff knows about how precious our dogs are to the owner. Everyone greets with the same courtesy of dropping off a child for daycare!
When our dog comes home, he is really tired. Great Experience!
Last time my dog came back smelling like he rolled in poop. I know I didn’t pay for the bath but if they are covered in poop something should be done prior to pick up even if it’s a call to inform.

They are compassionate and care about the dogs and are very reasonably priced! I have an older dog, a 90 lb Lab who has arthritis in back legs and needs help getting in and out of car plus gentle care while grooming and the staff has always been so careful with him.
I love that they pride themselves in caring for the animals as if they were their own, that they are trained to be able to recognize animal behavior to let dogs be dogs and have fun, but also remain as safe as possible. Also, the staff seem loving and caring, and appear very competent.
Easy to use the service and the friendly and capable staff members. My dog gets a break in his routine and gets to socialize with other dogs.
I love that there are cameras for me to watch, the staff being attentive, there being a safe place for my dog to play
The staff is awesome. Friendly and always keep up updated on Lucy when she’s there.
