Excellent service, Our dog lucky was getting incredible love and attention from your staff and we were very glad to see how happy he was to return home after our holiday. Highly recommended for downtown Toronto. Liberty Village Dogtopia was awesome!!!!
It’s convenient, being able to book through the app makes the whole process really simple
Grooming is spectacular !
The cameras are wonderful – to get to check in on her during the day and see how she is doing reassures me that she is enjoying herself. All of the staff have been extremely friendly, helpful, and responsive. I haven’t yet taken advantage of it yet, though the onsite grooming services are also very convenient (esp for a quick nail trim!)
Friendly, clean, safe.
I love the access to the webcams especially. It is really nice to be able to check in on the dogs and watch them. It brightens my day to see how silly some of them are. I also really enjoy the themed days and special treats. My dog is always excited to go and after over a year or two she is still running to the door and begging to come in. I have recommended this Dogtopia location to several people and feel comfortable doing so. I will add while I haven’t experienced anything myself (thankfully), I have heard of other incidents where a dog was “attacked” by another. At the end of the day they are animals and domesticated or not, they still have feral instincts in their DNA. No matter how many of us treat them like children! When incidents like this happen I think more transparency would go a long way. The only people I have recommended Dogtopia to and stopped going was because their dog was accidently bitten and a puncture wound was spotted later and they weren’t told. Otherwise keep up the amazing work. I firmly believe this is the best dog daycare in the area!
The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They offer a wide range of pet services and it is extremely convenient for me as someone who doesn’t always work from home. So grateful to the team here!
Fantastic facility and a wonderful staff
