Cameras, the staff and the fact that my dog seems to have so much fun there. I would like if there was more transparency around the treats that we pay for including photos of the dogs getting them or at least of what they are. I also wish potty breaks were taking a few minutes to bring the dogs outside to pee and poo with a constant routine.

The staff was very warm and welcoming and the place was very clean. My dog had a blast, and I loved being able to watch him via the live stream cameras. When I came to pick him up, I was pleasantly surprised with a welcome package and a photo of my dogs first day! Great first impression!
I love the staff. I haven’t interacted with a single person who wasn’t very professional, friendly, and kind to our dog.
