Staff is always friendly my dog is well cared for and happy when she comes home.
The teams really knows and cares about my dog. He can be reactive and shy, but they know how to work with him.
We have been using another groomer for many many years – and last year we lost our 10 year old OREO COOKIE (border collie mix) to a ruptured spleen. Since she passed – it seems like our 5 year old WILLOW PILLOW (border collie / aussie mix) was gradually having a harder time to even get out of the car to get pretty – pretty.
Last week when we were at the vet – (due to excessive chewing – to the point of raw under all that fur) I explained what was happening with our visits to the groomer and he said it’s probably too hard for her – and I should find a new place…
So…I did what most people do – searched for a groomer near me on the internet- and an angel from above lead me to DOGTOPIA. Vanessa was the angel – that made magic happen.
In December we adopted a sister from a local shelter for Willow Pillow – a german shepherd mix – HUNNY BUNNY – and these two were itching and scratching to the point of no return – thus the vet visit.
I explained our situation to Vanessa and the next day we had an appointment for both of them at the same time. OMG they came out so happy and BEAUTIFUL.
WILLOW PILLOW had no problem walking in…. sniff… sniff… Over a week later and the itching / scratching is minimal and they still smell good! LOL. THANK YOU DOGTOPIA and VANESSA!!!!! We’ll see you soon!!!
