I enjoy that I can bring my dog before work and pick up after work. Both my dogs have always gone in without issue and seem to enjoy going. I’ve had experiences at other providers and my dogs seem to have anxiety in those other places. Dogtopia was the first that they seemed happy to follow the staff and spend the day.
The video cameras are a nice feature although I wish some rooms had a few more because of the size and distance of the camera.
Exceptional experience at Dogtopia! The customer service is outstanding, and scheduling is a breeze. The live webcams provide peace of mind, allowing me to check on my pup throughout the day. My dog’s enthusiasm for his visits speaks volumes about the quality of care he receives. Highly recommended for pet parents seeking a trustworthy and enjoyable daycare environment

Boarding, Spa and also just various activities for the pups for the month!
The care and safety take for our dogs. They make sure all dogs have the necessary vaccines and that they are social before accepting them. They have someone in the room with the dogs at all times to keep law and order and clean up any messes.
It’s a one-stop shop… socializing and spa treatments! No need to make multiple trips for our pup to release her extra energy while getting playtime and making new friends. Then getting spoiled at the spa so she comes home smelling and feeling good!
All the staff at South Bay are kind, friendly, and so thoughtful! Glad we found this organization and thankful it is close-by to our house!
Super easy process to get setup. I like the folks who work there, very helpful and kind. So far, we’ve really liked the experience!
Everything!! Dogtopia provides excellent care and services for my baby girl. I always know she’s in good hands when I leave her there. The staff is amazing and they do great and fun things with the dogs. Also, makes it convenient that she can get spa services there as well. I would definitely recommend it to anyone that needs daycare or boarding services.
The staff is very friendly & accommodating. Our dog always gets excited & happy whenever he goes for his weekly daycare visits. I have highly recommended your services to several people who were looking around for a good daycare center. I also think our dog is well-socialized & friendly mainly due to his attendance at your facility for the past couple of years.
More info. on how they did during the day. As it stands, the only way we know of any misbehavior is if we ask why they were in the crate (only becasue we didn’t see them on cam.) Or there was a REALLY bad incident.
