So much good stuff! The people were wonderful—friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. We were a little nervous but Eric put us at ease. Ace took to him immediately (he is usually a little hesitant with males, not this time!). Celeste at the front desk explained all the policies and procedures and answered all my questions with a smile. We even met Kathy who gave us a warm welcome! We were able to watch Ace on the screen as he met the pack. He had a great first experience! We look forward to future fun times at Dogtopia!!

Chex LOVES going to South Bay Dogtopia! ALL the staff are so friendly, professional and competent. They truly enjoy interacting with him, which makes us very happy too. The environment is very welcoming and Chex loves playing with all the dogs!
Everyone is so friendly & they really care about the dogs. When you walk in you are promptly greeted & they immediately take your dog from you & bring them out promptly when you are picking up
