Friendly staff. They are very communicative when picking up and dropping off.

I love how friendly everyone is and the majority of the staff know my pup’s name and she hasn’t even gone that long! I love how welcoming the staff is at the door and Lily is so happy to go every time. Additionally, I love that they always offer the snack, the ability to text message anything, and the overall friendliness and willingness to help answer all of my questions and any concerns. It is such a delight to be able to also get her nails trimmed and they always have some
sort of deal going on. I truly love this location and appreciate how much they interact with Lily every time she is there!

I’ve only been in once for our Meet & Greet, which went very well. Hard to give a better score on only one visit.

I don’t check the cameras unless I am really missing my my dogs, but I like the comfort in knowing that they are there and that we have the privilege to know how our dogs are being treated. I also like the different snacks and activities, I feel like they are fun and very reasonably priced. Lastly, I like that dogs have to go through a trial period before being added as a Dogtopia guest. This helped me understand that being in a group setting was an adjustment for one of my dogs and I had previously just assumed he’d be fine. He’s since become more comfortable and friendlier in group settings which has helped him outside of boarding/daycare.

Everyone at Dogtopia is top notch and Pickles loves it there.

I love how the staff knows my dogs name & greets her when we arrive. I love that I can check the cameras & see what she is doing & how she is interacting with other dogs.

The webcams were nice to check in our pets while we were on vacation. The half price and 10% off was a great deal as a new client.
