Everyone is friendly and very good with my dogs.
They do an excellent job.

Our dog, Sherlock Bones, is so excited when he goes to Dogtopia! He is blinded by glee. Since we have started taking him there when he was 18-months, he is now a well socialized, polite, and spunky dog!

My dog Nancy is quite reserved when it comes to other people looking after her and being around other dogs. Dogtopia (Town & Country) has always ensured her safety and well-being during daycare or boarding stays. I am so appreciative of the staff for caring for her like she’s their own loved one! I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and respectful daycare/boarding option!

Camera access was never provided even when we called for access. We were told we would receive an email proving access. But it was never received. This occurred on our dog’s previous stay also. This tells me camera access really isn’t provided.

Staff is very friendly with my dog. He loves coming to day care.

Obi’s Favorite Place!

Our dog Obi loves DogTopia in Town and Country! As soon as he sees it from the car, his tail starts wagging like a fan, and he can’t wait to jump out and join the fun. Every time he arrives, Obi is greeted by name with big smiles, which says a lot about how well the staff know and care for the dogs.

Obi has made many furry friends and gets to play indoors and outside, when the weather allows. Both indoor and outdoor areas are spacious with plenty of room to romp or relax with shade outside. He especially enjoys their tasty, healthy treats like Kongs stuffed with goodness.

We also love the structure of the day. The dogs get a solid two-hour nap break in kennels to rest and recharge before returning to play, which we think is brilliant. The spa services are another great perk—Obi has had baths, ear cleanings, and even teeth cleanings, and he always comes home looking and smelling fresh.

He’s also boarded overnight and came home happy, well-rested, and clearly well cared for.

We absolutely recommend DogTopia in Town and Country to any pet parent looking for a safe, fun, and loving environment for their pup!

I love having a place where I trust the employees and my puppy loves going to! It’s nice to know she is well taken care of and I love being able to watch her on the camera to check in.
