That everyone is very nice and my dog is excited to go there.
From the moment you walk in you and your pups are warmly greeted. My dogs are SO EXCITED to come, so I know they are having a good time. They come home happy and exhausted.
Everyone treats Blu so well, especially Chris! So grateful for dogtopia!
Once again our Lil has had a wonderful stay at her spa, Dogtopia. The staff is so friendly and caring. We feel completely comfortable having her stay there while we are away.
The staff is amazing! They treat my pup as if it were their own and every time I walk through the door or call in they are always so eager and happy to help. They are the reason why I am so comfortable leaving my pup there for daycare and overnight stays.
Everything
So friendly. You can tell they are all dog lovers. Our Flynne absolutely loves her new friends. It is just what a young puppy needs when she has two parents that work full time. Love the webcams. Just wish they were more consistent.
Everything!!! The team, how kind and wonderful they all are with our dogs! Also the clean environment
Everyone is very friendly. The environment is very clean and professional.
Dogtopia Town Center is amazing due to the outstanding coaches on staff. In particular, my favorites are Chris, Mason, Bobbi, and Rob. Brooklyn has been going to Dogtopia since she was 5 months old she is now 3 yrs old. There is an authentic level of care that is undeniable. Initially I used to look at the web-cam all day, now I trust the team to take care of my fur baby and don’t look at it at all unless she is staying overnight. Leaving her overnight was a big deal for me and Chris calmed my nerves ensuring she will be ok. I’ve left her for 12 days worry-free. Dogtopia administer medication and feed her to the specifications that I have at home which didn’t have to be granted. My spoiled fur baby’s wet food is warmed up..sorry not sorry lol. I’ve never met the owners, but with the exceptional coaches and front desk staff, I trust the care of my forever pup with no worries. Thank you for taking care of my Brooklyn Dogtopia!!!
