Town Center – Virginia Beach Reviews

My dog is treated with love and respect. Everyone knows how much my Azriel means to me and their caring is very heartfelt and true. We are treated with smiles every time we walk in the door. If I have any questions or concerns they answer each one without hesitation. Azriel is a large breed and dogparks are not always a good choice for socializing and exercise. After a day at Dogtopia my big guy is happy and content. As soon as he realizes where we are going he gets so excited and he i have to hold tight to his leash. I checked out other doggie daycares before I picked Dogtopia and I made the right choice.

Where do I start? The staff truly cares for the doggos, they love mine even though he’s not super affectionate (but he’s funny!) The climate-controlled facility is an absolute requirement for my frenchie. And they do things like an actual human daycare, like craft times, Taylor Swift birthday parties, and “cookouts.” Cracks me up! My dog is a bundle of anxiety, but he absolutely loves Dogtopia, and he’s become much more confident and social.

Dogtopia at Virginia Beach is the best! Driving there BB knows as we are getting closer, she gets so excited for her day of fun. The staff is wonderful! You can tell they care about the dogs. The little things that they do, for example photo day always put a smile on my face when she comes home with her picture. The report cards are so special! All in all one word to describe VB Dogtopia…..Awesome!! Thank you, Mary

Ashlee was very thorough everyone that we have met on several different times coming in to inquiry, and doing a tour. The day of Bailey’s appointment was just wonderful. Excellent customer service and Ashlee did a top-notch grooming.
