Staff is friendly & helpful. My dog Benny loves it there his separation anxiety is easing up. And I don’t feel bad in leaving him .

We love DogTopia, the only areas that prevented a 9 or a 10 is that I frequently log into the webcams, and they are often down. Also, my dog is often crated when I happen to check on them, which is disappointing. Our dog is mild mannered and loving at home, if they are playful at DogTopia that is great, but it often leaves us with the impression that the other dogs playing with our dog isn’t crated; if that makes sense. There have also been a few times when we guess there was a rough playing or something and our dog came home with punctures that no one mentioned to us. There were incidents where we were called when something happened, but the information given was so vague, it felt like the vagueness was intentional. I didn’t like that. We do like DogTopia and have recommended it to others, but there are opportunities for better transparency.
