The people that work at the Union location are the best!

Extremely helpful to have dogtopia when life gets busy, or when the pup needs to play with friends. Friendly staff, forgiving of some late-notice changes, and very professional!

The fact hat the facility is clean ,people are friendly and they seem to care about my pets well being. Also he seems to enjoy his stays here.

I can tell everyone genuinely loves our babies, and as a pet owner that makes me feel like I can trust them. Over time, I’ve felt the need to check the cameras less and less until now, where I really only check when I miss my girl. Issues are addressed immediately, as well, and the facilities are very clean from what I see at pickup and drop off. The only thing that can be improved on is the internal coordination and communication. Sometimes, a sweater gets left behind or a bowl doesn’t come back, or feeding instructions that get texted might not be passed on. It’s also a bit disappointing that the curbside requests don’t seem to get noticed and I have to call Really minor, but would make all the difference for me convenience-wise. I love the app, being able to schedule visits, having camera access, etc. And I WISH WISH WISH I got pictures and videos of my baby girl texted to me throughout her day, and a little weekly report card at the last pickup of the week would be soooooooooooo cute!!

The email after my dog’s first full day was very helpful and the fact that she is very happy to see every staff member. Also, when I am alerted about upcoming events or add on services, I do not feel pressure to sign up or purchase.

Friendly staff, clean and safe environment for my dogs.

All of the staff from front desk greeting to coaches and the energy they give to the dogs is the best. Everyone is always friendly.
