We absolutely love and appreciate the staff and the services they provided our Princess Racks! Immediately over the phone I felt their genuine service and care. Not to mention the minute we arrived how they embraced us. The staff at the Union location is very friendly, fun, educated and super sweet. Bring your fur baby there like yesterday!! Thanks guys Racks has so much fun getting groomed and playing! Will be back soon!

Front desk is often completely unmanned. Have to wait up to 10 minutes to drop off/retrieve dog. This can be quite frustrating. There should be a door bell when someone enters the lobby that rings in the back, or, one on desk that the customer can hit to get someone’s attention.
