Attentive , understanding, compassionate

The staff!

The dog socializing and playtime, in addition to the boarding service. The staff is absolutely wonderful.

The courteous stafff and the security offered for my pet .

I like that you can pay as you go and I also like how attentive and professional the staff is. In addition, the cleanliness of the facility is great too.

The staff remember my pets and are warm and friendly. I like being able to see my dogs on camera.

Very caring and knowledgeable staff. As a new customer everyone went above and beyond to make our pet and family comfortable as we prepare for our first vacation away from our pup!

I wasn’t 100% happy about how an inquiry was handled. I had called and spoke with an associate about a concern. It was late in the day so I had no expectation of a response in a day or two. Unfortunately, I had no response or an acknowledgement and had to follow up in person the following week. I believe it was 6 days when I raised the concern again.

Instead of being apologetic or an effort to resolve the concern I received company policy and that I had failed to complete a form that was never presented to me.

Since then, I was able to speak with a Manager who provided a resolution of which I’m accepted but still feel it was not 100% to my satisfaction.

My improvement suggestion is to train your staff in customer satisfaction. To LISTEN and understand the concern, to consider the situation before denying or shutting down any possible resolution. I understand when dealing with the public it is often that the customer is trying to get something for free. This was not the case and was not the request. I have worked with customers for over 35 yrs. I know what good service looks like and what I experienced was not good.

I love the services and set up .
