Communicate very effectively, staff are very friendly- customer focused, make you feel like your dog is the only dog they care for, take accountability when an unexpected event arises at daycare (e.g. dog bite), wonderful follow up communication; love the easy of scheduling online for day care and boarding. Love Dogtopia!!!!

The coaches are very caring and clearly love the dogs. The parties, theme days and photo shoots are a hoot! It’s fun to be able to download photos of our dog. I continue to wish the pickup process could be made more efficient, as sometimes it takes 20 minutes to get your dog. Otherwise, we love Dogtopia!
