I love that pickup is until 10 p.m.! That is a HUGE help if I have to work late or I just want a break and go to happy hour with co-workers at a place where dogs aren’t allowed. I also the flexibility with the “pause” costs for if I’m taking my dog on a trip.
We love it here. The staff is very friendly and great with the dogs. Things are clean and well run. My only suggestions are to streamline the pick up process, it takes a long time to pick up during high time and have more things for the dogs to do during the day (ie. rotation of different play equipment, agility, training, more outdoor time)
I love how excited Bernie is to get to your location, how everyone greets him by name, and how tired he is when he comes home! I also love how I can watch him on camera, and your staff seem dedicated to safe, clean care of the dogs and the facility.
Everything. Everyone is wonderful.
The staff are super amazing. I feel like they know my dog, and greet us each time with so much excitement. The hours are flexible and scheduling is flexible. I feel like she’s safe in the facility at all times. My dog LOVES going to “school” and playing with her friends.
