I like that the staff is nice and very helpful. I also like that a person is in the rooms with the dogs the whole time and that they keep the rooms clean.

Friendly service

I liked it when you groom my dog. She’s the only dog there and has the total attention of the groomer. She also does an amazing job. My baby looks great!!

Responsive and reliable, and Max loved every moment of the day!

The team did a great job at introducing my dog to their facility and was very thoughtful about the process. I like that crates are available in the dog play areas so that introductions are easier and more controlled. During my dog’s boarding the team was very communicative and provided me with updates on my dog’s time during her stay.

Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. I like that they sanitize midday.

The policy of not approving daycare for non-enrolled members until the day of (if the staff remembers) is rude and inconvenient. Not everyone can take their dog every single week therefore an enrolled plan is not the best for everyone. I understand wanting to leave the daycare spots for enrolled members but can we at least approve or deny the non-members the day before? even if it’s right at closing time the evening before? if i need a 7:30 am drop off and at 7:15 am the day of it still says “pending” that’s ridiculous. How can anyone plan their day that way? Non-enrolled members don’t need to be treated as second class, as I spend plenty of money on boarding at dogtopia. Besides this, we love dogtopia!
