They staff obviously care about the dogs, they communicate professionally about changes at the facility and requested appointments. Also, their doggie Spa does a great job grooming our Yorkie. We drive about 35 minutes each way so our pups can attend Dogtopia, which says it all.

Shauntae has been a groomer for us for many years and has been consistently good with our dogs. They never experience anxiety and always look great.
The staff are always so welcoming and greet the pet/ person warmly!! They take such care of your pet and the groomers are the best in Waco!!
Consistent staff. My dog sees them and gets excited. She doesn’t typically like males but loves these guys. Staff has made last minute accommodations for me in emergency situations, thank you so much.
