Friendly staff, ease of scheduling, quick pick up/drop off and love seeing my puppy happy on the webcam

I love that the staff knows my dog’s name and greets her. When I pick up my dog, right when I walk in they know which dog I am picking up. It’s great getting pictures of my dog during special events. Everyone is friendly. Keep up the good work.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I love all the pictures, events, and crafts. It is literally more than dropping your dog off. Dakota is always so happy when being dropped off and exhausted well into the next day.

Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Always clean and my dog is happily tired when she comes home.

The best part is a happy and tried puppy, as to watch him enjoying his time at his home away from home.

I feel like my dog is safe and happy at Dogtopia. I like the convenience of the app, and the ability to see how my dog behaves when she’s there.

My dogs’ lives are enriched by their time at daycare. I am certain that my dogs will be happy, exercised and challenged all while under a watchful eye. The employees love each and every dog without judgment. I can see them on video any time I choose and never have I seen anything but a positive safe environment for my dogs.

My dog smells very bad after daycare. Suggestions to change mop heads to a different type and change the mop head more frequently. The type used at dogtopia hold the smell leaving the floor dirty and smelling bad which transfers to the dogs. Also would use a two compartment type bucket, one side with water to rise the mop head, then use the other side to dip into to absorb cleansing solution to wash floor with. Changing the rinsing water more frequently as well. If these changes were made it would definitely improve my rating.
