Friendly informative staff I love that I can see my JUJU on video from my phone and call to get updates if needed.
The care is structured and this business has a system in place. The staff is kind and friendly and answered all questions. They are also great with my pet.

Staff is extremely professional. Greetings are very welcoming to pets and owners. Owners have access to view their pets on-line.
The Navy Yard dogtopia staff is amazing – led by Angel. We love bringing our pup there multiple times a week and know he is in good hands!

The friendliness of the staff, even though this location has gone through a lot of turnover in the last few years the people that you bring on seem to be committed to the dogs.
The staff are incredibly kind and caring towards our dogs. They clearly enjoy being with them and are friendly and professional.
I also appreciate the two hour crate time so the dogs have time to rest.
