I really like the convenience of the location and the friendliness of the staff. I also like having webcam access although the connection would freeze periodically. I would have like to receive a report of how my pup did since it was her first visit to Dogtopia and her first time being in day care around other dogs. I wasn’t informed on whether she ate, napped, or how her interactions were. This has not discouraged me from bringing her back. I just thought receiving the report card would have been a nice touch.

I first want to say that your office called me about an issue with my pet and I was so grateful because I was able to call the vet and address the problem early. Thank you!

I think this is probably on my dog, but I wish he played a little more and got more exercise. I’m also a little worried that he doesn’t know he can pee in there and holds it all day.

The staff is friendly and clearly cares about the dogs.

The staff at this location is fantastic. Everyone is so engaging when I drop Asher off. He’s delighted. I love the events. They have back-to-school pictures, Halloween pictures, birthdays, and everything else. I feel they exhibit special attention towards my dog, but they may just do it for all dogs. I still think that they go above and beyond, and I’m forever grateful.

The staff clearly cares about the dogs, greeting my dog by name when we walk in, even after weeks of not seeing him. I love checking in on the cameras to see that the staff are supervising balanced, safe play for the pups. When our dog isn’t playing, he’s perfectly relaxed and comfortable laying around. I so appreciate the mid-day break to ensure the pups aren’t getting overstimulated. And the cute touches, like the “back to school” picture we got on our last visit, really make me feel like the team loves what they do and cares about both the pups and the clients!

You do exactly what you say you are going to in taking of my baby boy. My baby boy is extremely tired but in a good way, The staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable. I don’t have worry about my baby boy when he is at Dogtopia.

Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Staff care about your dog and your well being and it shows in the care they give your dog.

The staff is great and gave plenty of feedback to me and attention to my dog. My only concern is the lack of outdoor time the dogs get here.
