I like how the staff is very friendly and professional. And they really show the dogs that they love them.
Understanding of my dog’s safety while in the care of the dogtopia professionals, and ease of booking. I will say, after spending $900 on my last kennel visit, the services are very, very expensive and I would use them more if they were more affordable, especially for someone with two dogs.

The staff is super friendly and keeps me updated on how my dog is doing, including his poop health. I love the video feeds and the fun events and treats they offer. I love getting pictures of my dog when they do fun theme days. And my dog absolutely LOVES being there, and loves the staff as well as all the dogs!
I was very nervous about leaving my pup for the first time, however everyone was very welcoming and friendly. They answered all questions and explained everything very well. I like that I can check in on the webcam to make sure everything is okay. They also tell you how the day went when you pick up your pup.
